CCNOW and paypal payment

Has anyone had a customer pay with CCNOW with paypal method using e-check. My customer placed an order today and I don't see anything in the pending order. but I searched for it by the order number and it just says waiting for payment. With order status: Stat Code 17

HI: Normally --(for me anyhow)--they will cancel the e-checks,,
Get your guy to pay with a cc

I haven't ran into stat code 17 before, but stat code 22 and some others which i have forgot means manual processing and that means the order will stay in batch processing for days and maybe a week; usually these payments end up getting canceled or have some error in them.
