CCNOW inquiry management
 

How does the process of inquiry manage thing works on CCNOW. I have customer who made a dispute on there order to CCNOW. CCNOW placed a debit on the order and is asking for a resolution. I would like to just refund the person, I don't see that option to do that and no where to to put in input and then like clicking somewhere to have the inquiry closed. So how does this work, Do I email CCNOW and tell them to refund, is that the way inquiry are handled on CCNOW?

does the buyer have the option to close the dispute?

The way this works-- It is "YOU" as the seller who answers the Inquiry.
Send a copy to ccnow, they review and CLOSE it.
Simple.
>> What "I" do--- always tell the Buyers---No refund until my merchandise is returned..
Provide a returns address.
>> If no mdse recd in 1 week- I send the BUYER another letter-- again same thing and cc: to ccnow.
>> IN "my case"-- Ive had 2 Inquiries-- after ccnow closed--buyer kept emailing ccnow to reopen--BUT--they never returned mdse..
>>BUYER was attempting a scam-- (Paypal--would have refunded buyer and froze my funds)..
CCNOW--will CLOSE it--after you reply.
