Where can I get a statement from merchantplus

I just open a merchant account on merchantplus.com 2 weeks ago. But I don't know where I can get the statement. I don't have any transaction on that account yet. Will eBay believe the statement and easy to approve?
One the other hand, I use my own name to open eBay account, not a business name. does it matter?

you need to have activity on your statement not just a blank paper and you usually don't have a statement until a transaction period has completed.
