Is It Just Me Or Is Much Harder These Days To Sell Digital Download Online?
 

Alright Guys

I have read several posts on different forums and just want to make sure if it's correct or not.. Basically what they are trying to say is that if you are selling a online or service, or digital informational products such as ebook/videos that most payment processors/gateways out there won't allow it anymore.. So it's much harder these days..

I am wondering if I should go with a merchant account instead? Instead of going with some one like Paypal, 2checkout.. Because they are both restricting what you can sell these days....

Too many issues with these items. Many are legit, but there are also too many phakes. So how do you solve the problem? Eliminate the sale of them all. 99% are legit, but its the 1% that causes 100% of the problems.

VERY difficult byronwells - you will need to experiment and find what works...there are people who are still successful but needs adaptation and trials...all the best.

PP doesnt like digital sales so not a great payment source there. Try and get something physical to attach with the digital sale

I peresonally would defiantly avoid PP for this. They do not like non-tangible goods.
