I have a usa llc company, with us bank account and us office all above board but im a non resident will authorize.net accept me?

They will ask for ssn or tin. Without it, they won't let you in.

If your LLC has an EIN, then I don't see why not. They might want to check your credit, but that should not be an issue - credit bureaus exist in nearly all countries.
