China ebay acc Switch Individual Account to Business Account

I have a china ebay selling account selling things on US ebay, and I am willing to sell on UK ebay. But when I list the item on UK ebay, they told me that i need to switch the individual account to business account. Does anyone experienced this before? Is it benefit for change the individual acc to business acc? R there any ways that I can avoid this step? Thank you so much
