2checkout stealth procedures

Is creating a 2checkout stealth account the same as creating a stealth PP account? Is the procedure about the same?

Also, Will a UK drivers licence work as form of ID?:typing:

2checkout is a merchant payment processor - bit different steps but worth exploring with a call/e-mail.

UK licenCe should work

The correct spelling is LICENCE, a noun, as it for the UK.

Be careful here about thinking stealth.

Since they are a merchant processor, they differ slightly with their procedures than paypal.

You can call them or e-mail them for specific steps to set up the account

I know how to set up an account, just not a stealth account.

I think I know what you're trying to do.
But for 2Checkout things are a bit vice versa since they introduce you into a Network of providers where one picks you (If I remember right). They choose well & pretty precisely.
