Dunno why you haven't had any replies in regards to offshore merchant accounts. There are plenty out there.
I just started with a new payment processor company called Kayswallet. They cover all industries if this one of the reasons why you needed an offshore merchant account.
I owned a few e-commerce businesses and although I still use Paypal. I looked into different processors due to one of business as a Tour company which is considered as High Risk. It's good to know there are quite a few legitimate, honest and good payment service providers out there on the current market. By honest, I mean straight forward rates, money in your account guaranteed and professionalism.
I chose Kayswallet because they offered me what I needed on one platform. Plus they were quick and efficient on the application process. I don't have time, so that was good for me.
