Correct way to attach Payoneer Card?
 

hi
i attached 2 different payoneer cards to 2 different USA paypal accounts, both account got limited after first withdrawal, i added them as a bank account, is there any other way, or i'm doing some thing wrong?

payoneer is not a bank account.

How soon after first withdrawal? We're you using a VPN/VPS or logging in from Canada?

But they give you a bank account number if you apply for one, US Payment Sevice.

PayPal has been funny with Payoneer recently though, apparently many people have been unable to add it and when asking PayPal for assistance, were told the exact same thing as your reply said lol, and even that Payoneer are the ones disallowing it (evidently a big lie). Although recently it seems people are having luck adding it again.

So it must be something else getting OP limited. I think it's one of sax's suggestions, withdrawing too quick after payment or it could possibly be IP; I recall having a very similar issue when withdrawing to bank on a European PayPal with a dodgy VPN. Would get limited right after hitting the withdraw button, it would just refresh page and say you can't withdraw due to limitation.

How large is your first withdrawal? Did the pp VERIFY ok with Payoneer? I dont think Payoneer is the issue...details missing...

Thanks very much for quick replies, i use vps with a dedicated ip, my ip and my address and my phone numbers are from the same area, the amount i withdraw was done after receiving the positive feedback and i left some amount in the paypal account, for 1 account i sold the item for 300$ and just for try i withdraw $200, and yes i verified the payoneer card with paypal, same payoneer is working fine with amazon its been 4 months now.

$200 withdrawal on $300 sale is kind of big...how soon after the sale?

Were these the 1st transfers?

I hope there was no transfer between your two accounts.

I know I'm late to this thread, but Paypal no longer accepts payoneer...Its true, it comes up as bank of america, but they know its payoneer...well thats what customer service told me, I tried twice, different acct, different payoneer acct and same thing, "YOU CANT ADD BANK AT THIS TIME" note, this is for paypal, not Amazon...cheers!

Payoneer IS a bank account but not workable with paypal right now
