i noticed they have different plans, would they blue one (same as gold minus telephone orders) be good for eBay?

I also noticed they have a payment gateway, so does that mean they will email your buyer once the auction is over? (overall meaning is this compatible with ebay?)

nevermind i found my answers:

• Instant Payments - Buyers click and pay!
• Fits all payment gateways - Works with your existing Authorize.Net or other gateway.
• Includes an Invoicing System – another way to get paid.
• No buyer registration - speeds up sales.
• Affordable - no percentage of sale fees.
• No website required - just enroll and go!
• Total security - 256-bit encryption throughout.
• Easy Export - use data with your other services.
• Enroll Today! - Take control of your eBay and Overstock sales.

One Time Setup Fee - $ 48
Transaction Fee - $ 0.10
Monthly Service Fee - $ 24
Min. Transaction Requirement - None!

Is this really worth it?

I tried it a few years ago....
All I got was a bill and buyer complaints.

AND for a merchant account it's pretty expensive.

Try the one I use. Pretty cheap, no set up fee and it's easy to get approved. It also has a ebay invoicing tool.

National Merchant Bancard Is Now Offering Free Credit Card Processing Terminals.

Nope, that's the one draw back.... but the fees are less than GCO..... unless you're using AdWords

yaw1800 11-21-2008 08:10 PM

oh ok. When signing up, there's a DBA (doing business as), is this what will show when trying to integrate the cart with ebay or will they get your actual name ? Do you even use your actual name or is it safe to add a diffferent one?

MYC 11-21-2008 08:16 PM

ebay won't see any of your info when you integrate..... they may ask to see your merchant acct statements but they will need to be photoshopped. You have to use your real info setting up the acct.

yaw1800 11-21-2008 08:19 PM

oh ok thanks
