Does authorize.net ask any database questions when you call in?

Does anyone have experience calling in authorize.net to set your account up? Just wondering if they ask any questions.

To setup my account accept credit cards only through authorize.net. I've already logged in with the api. Error messages pops up when trying to list an item without paypal. Just wondering if they ask any questions about my account.

Calling ebay. I'm using ipayment.
