I have used Stripe before - there can be delays but money should come unless...there is a dispute or some sort of IP issue. I would wait it out in your shoes

Re: First Payment an Transfer on Stripe

These companies all tell potential sellers that they screen for fraud. And PayPal probably has the best system, but no system is perfect. When you have an actual merchant account, you can usually sign up for a fraud screening service. But when you sign up with PayPal or Stripe, they tell you that they have the fraud detection systems in place. You never have enough information on the customer to make an informed decision. On PayPal, at least, you can somewhat protect yourself by only shipping merchandise to an address confirmed by PayPal. Usually that significantly reduces fraud claims. But merchants greedy for the sales, or unaware of the perils of selling online can be walking into a nightmare when it comes to chargebacks. Whatever service you sign up for, be sure to read EVERYTHING, especially the language that tells you how they handle fraud claims. And never use any setting to enable you to bypass the fraud checks - like shipping to an address other than that associated with the credit card. Fraudsters will swear they are sending the items as a gift and you get the money and think everything is all right until the REAL cardholders start getting their credit card bills and disputing the charges. And the hottest, most popular merchandise ALWAYS attracts the credit card criminals.

Just to add,. Stripe is NOT a bad service, I have used them for a couple of things in the past and never had a problem. But if you are selling expensive items, or super hot items like the hoverboards, every "carder" (that is what they call people who buy stolen credit card data for $5 and use the credit cards online) in the world will be at your door. So if you have sales galore, especially from your own website, then you have to be very careful. If those sales are on Amazon or eBay, then just follow the rules to be eligible for seller protection.

If you accept credit cards, there will always be chargebacks no matter which merchant accounts you use. There are too many scammers who buy products and tell their bank the credit card was stolen to receive free goods. You must purchase some anti-fraud service in addition of your merchant account to protect you. I use riskified and it provides some chargeback protection.

Stripe will shut you down like everyone else, just like square and flint. Square's 1st deposit is 7 days. After that, i believe it's 2 days
