How do you all handle multiple merchant accounts?
 

I have a couple of accounts that I would like to switch over to a merchant service provider. For those of you with multiple merchant account APIs:
1. Do you just contact your merchant service provider and open a new account with them for a new portal API for each account or do a new app every time? It's a given that they all have separate EINs and bank accounts.
2. Who do you use?
3. Who do you avoid?
4. Any other advice you might have?

I contacted authorize.net and I believe you can have as many Merchant accounts as you like for 1 EIN.. which would make it easier come tax time. You might want to contact them to verify this info but I am pretty sure that is what they told me.

This way you avoid having to register EIN for each Ebay/paypal account
