PayPal account Help!!

So I closed my PayPal business account 2 months ago and now I checked my email address and PayPal told me that I have a negative balance but I can't login my account since I closed it. Can I create a new account with the same email address and its gonna be there negative balance on my PayPal balance?

Ask yourself, do you think it's a good idea to use the same info for an account that has a negative balance? Even a monkey can answer this question...
