cant change business name anymore,

it basically takes you to the page where you actually change your personal name, which cant even be modified without docs

Call them and they'll change the business name for you.

In call they dont change the name infact they ask for the certificate of incorporation after that they will review and change

U cannot change the name any more u have to create new account as far as i know

Off course for ltd comoany you can't chnage the name if you do then first need to change with company house then with paypal without any issue

But sole trader can chnage business name from paypal profile

That's what I'm assuming they're wanting to do. Assuming this is a USA account OP is talking about, I'm fairly certain you can still change the name by calling in. People have to do it around tax time every year because of name mismatches. On the tax documents section of Paypal it says something like "if you need the business name on your 1099 changed please call for assistance." Not those exact words, but I know I've seen something like that in the recent past.
