Having a fresh ip is just one step of the puzzle, it does not mean your accounts can't get limited, of course your accounts can still get limited. Because again it's just one part of the stealth process, their are a hundred other steps you have to do right as well, and hundreds of other reasons your accounts can still get limited. Quote:

| Also based on your other thread where you posted this above, it should not be any surprise why you're having trouble with your stealth accounts, especially paypal accounts in particular. When your constantly adding new paypals to an old ebay account, that has constantly gotten its paypal accounts limited. That is not proper stealth procedure, and of course will lead to issues. |
