Using stealth ebay with real ebay account
 

I have great luck with my ebay not getting limited, but not with paypal. I have bought stealth paypal and linked them to my safe ebay account, but they keep getting limited. So is that ebay account dead? Also do i keep getting limited because im linking it to that ebay account or because the names are mismatched.

A bit of both I'm afraid to say - you should not be adding fresh paypal to an old ebay with already limited paypal - you are causing links which can lead to failure

think of it as your eBay being contaminated by association, so any fresh PayPal you link to it will be contaminated by the previous association that eBay account had to the other PayPal that was initially limited.
The systems know what you are trying to do is to get around the fact your old PayPal had been limited.
And it is PayPal that is picking up the eBay account that new ones are getting linked to.
