Paypal limited me with lies!
 

So yesterday i received this email from paypal:

We have recently reviewed your PayPal account activity, and determined that
you are in violation of PayPal's Acceptable Use Policy regarding your sales
/ offers on http://www.ebay.com/usr/****** and
http://www.ioffer.com/selling/jiayou201388, user ID: ****** and
jiayo*******.

As a result, your account has been permanently limited and this cannot be
appealed.

Blah blah,
They have linked me with an ioffer account that sells ⊗⊗⊗⊗ soccer merchandise, and said my items on ebay are also counterfeit.
I dont sell counterfeit goods, i am a powerseller with 350+ positive feedback and have had no complaints about my items from buyers, i have sold over 35k USD in sales in 2 years.
As for the account i have been linked with, i have no idea who this is and how they are linked to me?
I emailed back and asked me some explanations and all they said was my appeal was rejected.
How is this allowed to happen?
Has this happen to anyone else?
I have also just filed a case with a financial ombassman, not sure if this will do anything, but i am very upset and confused.:mad:

Are you new in paypal ?
there are the limitation which of many of us faced monthly
paypal and ebay both lies and limit the account whenever we have money in our account
and this is truth that after a tons of limitation we still want to work with paypal and ebay

they actually said you were liked to an ioffer account? they usually do not tell you the reasons, so seems unusual....

is this your ioffer, someone you bought/sold to or mistaken identity case?

yes its allowed to happen....happened to most of us.....just make another account, following stealth rules...

When you signed up for your paypal account you agreed to their terms of Service which pretty much means you gave up all your rights. You allowed them to do this by agreeing to it.
Your story is a familiar one. Happened to many many others who have ended up coming to this forum looking for way back into the game.
And no filing cases that way wont accomplish anything. Paypal has not done anything outside the law or in opposition to the terms you agreed to. Sad but true.
