can i be limited after 21 day hold

i have just created a stealth account i plan to sell on ebay with.my only questions is has any one of you passed the 21 day period only to find out you were limited when trying to withdraw (being yu didnt withdraw too fast or leave no balance).

just curious because i really need this money EXACTLY 21 days fromtoday

Usually, new accounts will have a $1,000 per 30 days withdrawal limit which can usually be bypassed by adding a VCC with AVS (if you are withdrawing more than that you should get a VCC with AVS ahead of time to make sure you have it on your account when the money becomes available). Aside from that it sound be fine in 21 days if you get the item to the buyer asap. Just be aware that your money will also take another 1-3 business days if you are then transferring it to a bank account.

Paypal is not a good way to gamble if you need funds while having a new-ish stealth account. They are very fickle
