180 days limitation

I wonder when 180 days starts
1.)After first limitation notice or,
2.)Final limitation: After sending documents for appeal full limitation.

I have several accounts which not sent documents do i have to send documents to start 180 days or just waiting enough.
Thanks in advance.

Hello.

Is here someone, who know - I get notice - (because I had 20 days old account - not 30 days+) That I have a limitation, becasue I received more than 500€, Paypal want personal odcument - bank document - address document = everything I was gived. And last step was confirm your credit card - but I had already confirmed my credit card - and now I canīt do nothing - I have link my credit card and in soluthion center I see only - waiting for your resolve and I canīdo nothing else. Somebody know what can do more?

Welcome to the forums - from my experience, the 180 days kicks in when account is limited not when appeal is denied.

So if you do nothing when they ask for all that info, after 180 days, they will allow your to withdraw your money?

They will send a notice saying your account has been limited. Count forward 180 days and then you will know when your money will be available. If your account is not officially limited then the clock has not started.

So 180 days starts after final appeal deny? or first notice of limitation which asks for documents?

Re: 180 days limitation

Thank you, so if you send any documents i believe it starts over again 180 days. I have 90 days completed one with no sent documents , was planning to send out but if so better not send since there is less hope for appeal with that acc.
