I need advice please regarding unresolved negative balance
Good day! I know it's been asked before but I guess some situations are a bit more complicated than the rest so hopefully this post gets approved by an admin.
I have been using a stealth account with no problems and everything has been working peachy. Then came 2 friends who bought my services for graphics and websites. 2 months after service has been done they both file PayPal disputes. I won. I actually have one of them on video with her feedback so that's a given that is win. But since they lost a few weeks after they filed chargebacks with their cards and that I lost. So now I'm out almost 3k in negative balances and my account permanently limited. I want to resolve it but I can't pay 3k all at once. I don't have that kind of money.
My question is should I call Paypal collections to work out a payment plan or should I just add funds to my account weekly with whatever amount I can pay? Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance. |
