paypal ebay problems..
 

ok I have two stealth ebay/paypal accounts couple years old, one account the paypal got banned for no explanation but the ebay account is top rated seller no issues. my other accounts the paypal is in good shape but the ebay account is limited because of poor selling performance to many returns.
Can I unlink the good paypal from the bad ebay account. change the email on paypal account to a new email then unlink the pp/ebay from other account also and add the new unused email address for good paypal and put it into the good ebay account with any issues and continue selling? any help would be great. Thanks

Unlink the good PayPal and tight to the good eBay won't change the situation, eBay and PayPal works in pair, those are gone, toasted, you have to start fresh with brand new accounts.

Get the stealth gide and read the forum as much as you can you'll understand how these 2 beasts works.

Unlinking and adding new accts to old accts is not good longterm approach OP
