Paypal cease service for my account
 

I have a stealth account which paypal suddenly cease my service. They told me I have a linked account but it is registered based on an anonymous person. I am not sure how it was linked to someone else's paypal account but I thought it could be one of 2 possibilities.

1. There is an actual address similar in which people living in that address got limited/banned by paypal.
2) Unethical paypal employees used my info for their own paypal and I was linked and sabotaged when their own account got banned (my assumption)


What could be the likeliest cause and how am I to withdraw the remaining $400 stuck in that account since it is built on a stealth account with anonymous name/person? Any US bank account (like Payoneer) in the past I can register with the anonymous name and yet withdraw the $400 to it?

1 - Possible but PayPal don't limit accounts just on addresses in my experience

2 - That just not going to have happened.

If you have ever used a public internet connect that is also possible but again unlikely. Generally when PayPal limit an account for being linked to another PayPal they have pretty strong evidence for it (same address, same DOB and same name for example)

How have you been withdrawing your funds before this if you don't have a bank account added?

I sent payment to my real account all these while. Now that they have disabled my ability to send or purchase. It's not a limitation but a total cessation of service to this anonymous stealth account. I am only left with the ability to withdraw it.

It sounds a lot like the account you have been linked to is your real account. Sending money time and time again from 1 PayPal to another does cause a link and can get one or both of the PayPal accounts shut down
