PayPal Limited and can't verify
 

Recently my aged account got limited and for this one I made the mistake of leaving my eBay fees in there. Now my eBay fees are due and I cannot pay them due to limitation not allowing me to send money. I called PayPal and agents are requiring different things. One agent required my returns to be closed on eBay, after that I called back and another one said that I needed to add supplier info and tracking, after that was done they are now requiring a drivers license. I cannot provide one due to my paypal being created under an alias. My questions are: Will I be able to get my money out after 180 days? How long until my eBay account gets suspended due to unpaid fees?

If your fees are under $500, you can pick up a visa/mastercard prepaid card in store and make a one time payment using a credit card.

Make sure to register the zip code on file with the giftcard before doing so ;)

Yes you should be able to get your funds after $180 days.
Your account will get suspended after you get a couple of notices once the payment method on file (in this case your paypal account) is declined. Within a couple of weeks you wont be able to sell. Within a month or so the account will be suspended.
