$1000 PayPal withdraw limit
 

It seems that I can only withdraw $1000 a month from PayPal. When I try to lift the limit and confirm the credit card it says PayPal verification is not available at the moment. It has been saying that everyday for the past month. Then in the orange box on the main page it says click there and once I do it says limit has been lifted and will take a few minutes to work but never works and limit is still there to this day.

Question is if I add a new vcc and confirm that card will my limit lift. It won't let me confirm my debit card since it is a stealth account and does not match names. Should I purchase a new vcc to try to lift the limit or just leave it alone so I won't have further problems with the account and not get red flagged .
Will the vcc work and still match the name and address so PayPal won't ask any questions ?

Paypal cannot see the name of a debit/credit card holder so that has nothing to do with this situation. Mismatching address is a different issue but then it wouldnt have allowed you to add the debit card to begin with.
Maybe try calling paypal to get assistance from them? sounds like a glitch so they might be able to assist.

You have to call them and answer their random question bull$hit, and don't say "but it is a stealth acct. how?" figure it out or enjoy your limit

USA account have a limit of like that

Kindly used NON USA account its have a great limit

limit $1000 can increase

1. If your bank account verified and Credi/debit card confirmed to
(about how confirmed bank or cc you know)
2. Or you confirmed your SSN in PayPal
