Negative balance due to many disputes filed
 

I am from country where Paypal is not supported but I created Paypal account with one Asian country address, verified by VCC, VBA and also verified by documents.

My account was working very well but then one customer filed too many disputes. He filed disputes of even 9 months old transactions. There is no chance of direct settlement with that customer. He filed disputes and then Escalated all disputes.

Normally when he ordered services he mentioned seo and marketing related services in remarks of payment and I also delivered. Due to problem in last 1-2 transactions he filed disputes of even 9 months old transactions.

This is first time I am facing any Paypal dispute so I want to know what I can do. If I reply in dispute that I have delivered all ordered services then will Paypal accept it?

Also there is no balance in linked VCC and also address is made up. But I wish if I can get back that Paypal account.

Negative balance is in thousands.

Please help how to deal with these disputes.

If you value the PayPal account and the customer seems unreasonable, take the loss and refund him entirely so you can close the disputes. That's what I would do.

you can sell services, but you need to provide proof, and it is hit and miss whether paypal will side with you, usually not, because of the proof of delivery issue.

You can try and provide proof that you delivered services in the dispute...and see.

after this, in the end, if it is stealth, it is up to you whether you refund or abandon...

you need to rethink your business model....sending something with tracking to buyer, every now and then could be useful....or ask for friends/family payment.

That's bs. If someone calls pp even after the 6 months, they can
find a sympathetic agent who will open one.
I would call and complain and see if you can get them to close it.

Lmfao stores only allow a max of 30 days to return, PP is a fukn joke. I asked one of the idiots that work for them why they do this and he said incase there is a problem with the item, I started laughing and telling him how fukn stupid this is and then started drilling him about his $10 a hour job, he got upset and hung up, but none the less this is why you must burn their azz when they burn you
