Can I get limited after..
 

Can I get limited after receiving ~350$ on a 1 week old account?
And withdrawing ~250$ from it?
What is the probability? And what docs would be requiered if it gets limited?
PS: The account withdrawing from has a REAL credit card confirmed. Money coming from Friends&Family, country:Romania

I want cash money.
So any chance to get limited? And how should I proceed? I receive ~200$ on another account in ~24h. How should I transfer the money, should I wait before sending them, before withdrawing etc?..

BTW. On the account im going to withdraw the Real CC isn't verified yet, tomorrow im going to get the statement. Is it better to send the money when the account receiving the money is confrimed?

With this further info, then you are at risk of a limitation.

Your accounts need to be trusted by PayPal. It is too early yet.

Confirming will help but time is also needed.

Why can't you just start small OP - like withdrawal of $50...if there is no hold on the money in PP.

UPDATE.
I withdrew $239.98, went good.
Now it says pending..I guess it will be pending under the withdrawal is coming to my card?

Address verification is pretty important to payapl; although, they can limit you whenever and why ever they want. They never have to have a reason and they never have to explain a reason to you. All they have to say is "we noticed unusual activity" and BAM, LIMITED.

As GB said, its better to establish trust before making large withdraws. Maybe you got lucky, may there is never anything wrong with what you did, but I would not make that a common practice on new accounts.

Lets not sugar coat this people.
1 week old account getting that much money as a gift payment then immediately withdrawing most of it? really?
Everything about what youre doing is just asking for trouble.
Youve had several of these threads and the theme in all of them is high risk activity.
So let me answer your questions - YES - you are in a very high probability of getting limited and if that happens you will be asked to provide anything and everything paypal can think of and even after that the likelihood of getting the account back is minimal.
You need to get the stealth guide. You need to learn the stealth guide. You need to exercise proper stealth. And most importantly - you need to stop looking for shortcuts and loopholes and you need to stop it with the shady practices cause none of it will end well for you.

$500 or more will get you limited on a new acct in a week, chill out for about 2 weeks before removing more money

Nah im just going to use 2 verified accs on same pc with different users and i will change my ip when loging to another. btw im not selling anything on ebay or amazon. thanls for ur support

I have accepted 600+ USD payments on a few hours old PP, no issues.
Just need to create account using correct techniques.

About withdrawing:
Always leave ~ 20% and withdraw at least 24 hours after you have received payment.
Never had issues. ;)
