Its been 180 days? No email?

Hello, My account was limited on June 16th, the same date of the last transaction on the account. It was limited as my ID was rejected when I uploaded it for the EU receiving limits, once I hit the limit I was rejected.

Paypal emailed me saying they wish to part ways as I am high risk and after 180 days I will be able to get my funds out. In this case there is quite a considerable amount of money held there.

Now its been 180 days today :bounce: . However I haven't received an email from PayPal saying I can withdraw, and I logged in this morning with no luck.

Shall I call Paypal today or is that a bad idea? I've waited 6 months for this... And I still cannot withdraw.

What should I do?

Thanks!

Shoot them an email before giving them a call, you should get a pretty fast response

The poster you are replying to has left the forum now.

I agree with you, email keeps a paper trail to use to counter the silliness that might go on.

Before you email them, tell us about the declined ID. You may still have issues I am sorry to say.
