Call other Country to resolve Problem with PP

Have anybody expierience with calling in an other country to resolve a problem.

The customes service in Poland is terrible. Mostly they limit my account after the call.

The do not care about their own paypal rules.

And i know all of them. There are only a few. Sometimes i have to change my voice, because i have some accounts.

Oh, have PayPal USA got operators who speak Polish?

Are you truly inferring the staff of an overseas country might be able to read in another language as well?

you can change all paypal accounts to englisch language, that no problem. The problem might be the code.

The code is where the issues start.

If you get an off-shore US PayPal staffer, then it can be very troublesome.

When you call from Europe do you always get European pp support?

Depends the country. For example Germany, Poland PP have their own number. For European country that dont have a specific number, they will get UK phone support

Actually not true. Paypal worldwide can help around, it just will be more troublesome for them to assist a foreign country, thats why it's better to stick. If you do hate Polish PP Customer Care, call the UK or some countries in Europe which is fluent in English. And tell them you are outstation and need to resolve your problem fast.
