Anyone Provide USA Real Bank for withdrawal
 

Can anyone provide me with a USA Bank Account that is able to withdraw cash to? And how much does it usually cost or does no one do that? Because I am planning to get a USA Paypal for a US Ebay but if it every gets limited, i would need a bank account to withdraw it.

Youre asking someone to use their own identity to open a real bank account that you will then use to send your money to.
I cannot imagine anyone in their right mind doing that.
And no there is no such thing as a stealth bank account that can be used for this purpose. The closest you will get is a VBA that can be used for verification of the paypal account only.

Has nothing to do with a name mismatch (paypal cannot see the name on the paypal account so that's not an issue).
It has to do with me (for example) not wanting to give you access to my banking information and not wanting to get entangled in your business which I know nothing about.
Hope that clarifies it.
