PayPal limited

Hi,
My PayPal is like 6 months I start to use it active since 2 months with credit card added
Just received funds 900 eur
after 24h send payment 300 eur and after 48h get limitation
1.ask proof of id
2.proof of adress
3.some special documents about transaction

can resolve it?
Or better register new account?

It can be possible yes. But I wouldn't move so big amounts of money then chances of getting limited are very small.
