shipping first item
 

Hey guys,
I printed a label for my first item, and forgot since they hold funds it comes out of your bank account which is in my name, and not my moms who the ebay account is in. What do I do now? The payment is pre approved, so I voided the label and changed pre approved payment preferences to a prepaid card. Will this charge go though and hit my bank? I dont want PP to see the name on bank acct. Please help!

So basically after the label was made & the funding source was from my bank, I went into my Paypal profile, clicked Payments, clicked Manage pre-approved payments, then selected "eBay Inc Shipping" and selected Cancel. Now under details the status shows cancelled.

Am I in the clear from that label payment charging my bank account??

Ok I changed the default payment method, but Paypal tells me that charge will still hit my bank, so I removed the attached bank acct that was in my name, not my moms.

What now?

I just really need to know if I will lose this account if that charge hits my bank, since Ive been banned, even though I removed the bank acct. Its a BOA acct btw.

1 time is unlikely (nothing is 100% I'm just saying) to affect the account even if the charge hits the bank account. Just do the cc option moving forward.

Rsot or anyone know how long a pre-approved payment takes to clear? Can't find anywhere stating this info.

Oh fyi the bank acct was never used with a PP acct associated with a banned ebay acct.

Can PP see your SSN on the bank info if the charge goes through?

Another option is to try to get a prepaid gift card with money on it to cover your shipping fees until the holds are off the account. I think the system would take that and swap out the bank for it

I have a prepaid card on file which I will use for shipping costs, or is the option to pay later after funds clear a better idea?

Also the pre-approved shipping label charge went through and hit my bank and shows "cleared" today. Paypal & ebay still working good. I hope I got lucky. Time will tell I guess.

Anyways, since I removed the bank account on file that was in my name per Paypal recommendation, should I add my own again when more funds are in the PP acct or add a bank account in my moms name(with permission), since I clearly cant reuse the bank acct I removed??
