Withdraw funds button in limited paypal account not working!
 

Has anyone experienced this? How to resolve it?
I just click on withdraw and it doesn't go to that page!

I'm having no issues, what country are you talking about?

Try restarting your computer

Yes and still same problem. I will now try a different computer and write here when done.

I already tried with another computer. Still doesn't work.
Country is Estonia.

Paypal account has been limited for 3 months and 1 week. But I received early e-mail that I can withdraw my money already and after logging in to paypal account there is message that "Your account has been limited for more than 45 days. It will continue to be limited but you now have the ability to withdraw funds."

Today I had enough of this crap and upgraded my paypal account to business account, now I could withdraw but withdraw gets cancelled every time I make it. Why??
Strange thing - when adding a card to paypal business account there was no error when adding it. That is good.

Who is cancelling it? does it cancel straight away ?

if it automatically cancels, it is something wrong with the bank (or VCC) added.

are you sure that bank account or VCC is not closed?

Paypal is cancelling it. Yes, it cancels almost straight away after I make the withdraw. Bank account is working and VCC is new. I have to call paypal again tomorrow about this. I already called them, they said they fixed it and it should work, but it still hasn't worked 100% yet!

Yes it's happened to me before and I can't remember if the problem just went away or I contacted Paypal

Withdraw done to a credit card now, it was not cancelled any more!
A bit of hassle, but I got it done finally now.
