Paypal limited - don´t have free space left to send documents, please help
 

Hello so my paypal was put to limitation review, and I have already completed these: Photo ID, Confirm your credit card, Credit Card Statement, Provide proof of delivery. I submitted photos and there is stated: completed

I have issues with Proof of Address and Provide Invoices. I submitted photos too but there is Information Received-Not Accepted please resubmit Reason: Document was not legible

I want to resubmit photos but I don´t have any free space there! There is: Available Space: 10,92 kb and another option is only fax but I don´t have any fax. How can I send them photos if I don´t have free space? Please if you know any other way I will be really happy if you will tell me.

This company is really retarded I´m legit seller I provided tracking numbers and everything and they still limited my paypal, I hope they will release my funds because I have there almost 1500 € :(

I sent them also email about this issue but it seems they are ignoring it.

You can fax documents from online websites if you do not have a fax machine, ive done it several times before without issue.

reduce the size of document and send them or as elmo said fax them

upload is preferable if you can - faxing it almost always results in the saying it is not legible anyway...
