adding a credit card paypal limited
 

Hi, guys. I am new on the forum.I have that problem :
I have a paypal account limited for more that 180 days and I have about 1500$ in it. The problem is that the credit card on it is a Master card and I cant withdraw the money now.... I`m trying to add a different card - Visa but paypal says that error : "You are unable to add that card at the moment.Please try another day"
Of course the card is with different name than the paypal account but I have never had problems with that difference.
Please help...

You have to call paypal customer service or upgrade to business account and then you can add this card without any error messages. I tried this once before (upgraded to business account) and added a visa card without any errors!

tkt234 Thank you for answer ! My account is business so I think I should call them but I have experince that if that error shows they`ll tell me that the problem is with my card or my bank...

Yes, if it is paypal problem, then error given is - Sorry we cannot add this card
