| Mazda1985 | 01-10-2017 01:05 PM | Paypal HELP Hi there
I have just received this message from paypal regarding my stealth ebay and paypal account.
They NEVER sent me a original message requesting any information and I have just received this notification.
What is the best way to proceed ?
The message reads...
We emailed you on asking for additional information about your account. Since we haven’t received a response from you, what you can do with your account has been limited further.
Your PayPal account has been limited because we've reviewed your account activity and as your payment processor, we need to better understand your business and the products or services you are providing to your customers.*
What does this mean?
This account limitation will affect your ability to:
send money
withdraw money
Addtionally, you cannot:*
remove any bank accounts
remove credit cards
close your account
What to do next *
Please log in to your PayPal account and visit the Resolution Centre before 24 February 2017 to provide the requested information. If we don't receive this information before 24 February 2017 or we notice additional significant changes in your account activity, your account may be further limited.
Once we receive and review your documentation, we'll email you regarding the status of your account. |
| Ebayorbust | 01-10-2017 01:13 PM | Re: Paypal HELP Very occasionally the "You've been limited until we hear from you" email does not get sent out and you only notice you've been limited when you log in.
If you log into the account the first page when you login will show the date of the original limitation.
What are they asking for to restore the account? |
| Ebayorbust | 01-10-2017 01:16 PM | Re: Paypal HELP Just to add, the fact that no email was sent will have no standing with Paypal. They wont care at all. You either need to supply what they are asking for or ditch the account and walk away. |
| Bunneh | 01-10-2017 01:16 PM | Re: Paypal HELP What did you sell on the account? or what value was it ? |
| Mazda1985 | 01-10-2017 01:19 PM | Re: Paypal HELP I have been selling a variety of goods which I import from garden furniture to make up kits.
I will login and see what they require, I assumed it was just details of the nature of my business according to that last email |
| Bunneh | 01-10-2017 01:21 PM | Re: Paypal HELP Was this a new account ? were these items over £100 each? are they brand names? |
| Mazda1985 | 01-10-2017 01:22 PM | Re: Paypal HELP 2 items were brand names just over £100
The rest were generic and around £40-50
Account is around a month old |
| Mazda1985 | 01-10-2017 01:30 PM | Re: Paypal HELP They are requesting
Upload a photo ID
Provide Proof of address
Upload a bank statement
provide your business information
provide supplier information
provide proof of postage
provide invoice
The account is a female name so ultimately I assume I am totally screwed
Wtf am I going to do :( |
| Ebayorbust | 01-10-2017 01:36 PM | Re: Paypal HELP As I stated earlier:- Quote:

Wtf am I going to do :( | I know of a site called secondeyesolutions, which will easily forge these for you but it will cost you around $200. A cheaper option would be to buy a new eBay account and Verified PayPal selling on this site. It really depends on how much is in the PayPal account. |
| Mazda1985 | 01-10-2017 02:29 PM | Re: Paypal HELP £600 is in the account
And I already bought this account from a vendor on here |
| just_smile | 01-10-2017 02:32 PM | Re: Paypal HELP A new account and a list like that, it's very unlikely to be reinstated. |
| purplewhale | 01-10-2017 02:34 PM | Re: Paypal HELP Alright, seeing as there's a substantial amount in the account it would be a worthy investment to buy those documents. They have a thread on blackhatworld and I believe they're very reputable and offer a wide array of services for helping recover suspended PayPal accounts by forging (*ethically*) the right documents to help recover what is RIGHTLY yours.
Good luck with this! |
| Mazda1985 | 01-10-2017 02:37 PM | Re: Paypal HELP Thank you purple whale
You have been massively helpful |
| purplewhale | 01-10-2017 02:38 PM | Re: Paypal HELP No problem, because I'm new here I would appreciate any thanks you would kindly give my posts! Maybe one day I hope to learn the wizardry of how they make these stealth accounts and these documents. |

If I supply the documents via a supplier such as secondeye
What is the likely hood of this being removed ?
Last thing I want to do is chuck away more money but there is £600 in the Ebay account |
| Bunneh | 01-10-2017 02:49 PM | Re: Paypal HELP When a paypal limitation requests so much info, it is unlikely to be reopened.
You only stand a very slim chance of winning.
You most likely will end up waiting the 180 days for your funds.
No idea why you being told to look for help on another forum either when we have help here for you in the marketplace. |
| purplewhale | 01-10-2017 02:51 PM | Re: Paypal HELP You're right, and it can be risky because of the unlikelihood of it not being reopened.
I was only suggesting alternative options and for future reference.
Waiting seems to be the sensible option! |
| just_smile | 01-10-2017 02:52 PM | Re: Paypal HELP Do not throw good money after bad.
That account is 99% gone. |
| Mazda1985 | 01-10-2017 02:55 PM | Re: Paypal HELP Would I have these same issues if I purchased a aged ebay account?
I don't want to go through all this again |
| Bunneh | 01-10-2017 02:56 PM | Re: Paypal HELP Quote:

I don't want to go through all this again | What brands are you selling? |
| Mazda1985 | 01-10-2017 02:57 PM | Re: Paypal HELP Mostly generic non branded items but I did have one Braun product and a Philips beauty product listed |
| purplewhale | 01-10-2017 03:02 PM | Re: Paypal HELP Well as long as you follow the stealth rules to the dot you should be able to manage them safely. |
| Mazda1985 | 01-10-2017 03:10 PM | Re: Paypal HELP I had a basic normal Ebay account in my name around 6 months ago and never had a single issue, No problem with branded products no problem with amount I was listing.
Why do stealth accounts which are new have so many issues and does purchasing an aged account remove these issues? |
| purplewhale | 01-10-2017 03:15 PM | Re: Paypal HELP Stealth accounts are made for previously suspended accounts. If your account is not suspended, you should reconsider getting back to selling on your old one! However if you have already exposed your IP to the eBay account you just got suspended you will need to buy another stealth account, you could probably try to sell but the eBay robots may try and shut down your old one too!
As long as you follow the steps in the guides, you will not get suspended. Patience is usually the key with stealth accounts. |

Why do stealth accounts which are new have so many issues and does purchasing an aged account remove these issues? | If you didnt have any problems selling high risk or high value items, then why are you not using your account now? |
| Mazda1985 | 01-10-2017 03:55 PM | Re: Paypal HELP I had a dispute regarding outstanding fees from ebay and they suspended my account |
| Mazda1985 | 01-10-2017 03:56 PM | Re: Paypal HELP That still doesn't answer the question, Why are stealth accounts different and so fragile compared to a basic account you open on your own ? |

It is risky and will always be risky to sell high value, branded products on new accounts.
This is because scammers sign up and list iphones, mac books etc.. and then scam buyers and ebay.. so there is rules on how to run new ebay accounts.
You have to earn trust with ebay first by staying under the radar before doing what you did.
You dont have to believe me, but this is how it is, I explained this to you in full detail when you were asking me about accounts in PM a few weeks back. |
| Mazda1985 | 01-10-2017 05:22 PM | Re: Paypal HELP Thank you Bunneh that makes more sense now |
Re: Paypal HELP I had same limits used second eye and I was restored lelel. |
| rookprop | 01-23-2017 09:58 PM | Re: Paypal HELP Its usually just their way of saying "We know this is a bogus account. but wed love to see you go through all the time and hassel of supplying all this stuff so we can laugh and say, unfortunately we can not reinstate your account." | | All times are GMT -5.
