Problem with paypal (keep on getting limited wih new accounts)
 

What am I doing wrong?
I think I am using same IP address to log in to the accounts I used before when I got limited.
So now I must buy new computer and not log in from IP-s that are not connected to the limited accounts?
Also I must get a new phone number and order my items from ebay to new address? Then I won't get limited?

No need for a new computer. You need a new user account on your current computer and then a new IP address (if your unable to change your current IP address then a VPN will do the job)

Save the money for the new computer and buy the stealth guide instead. You will avod a lot of mistakes and learn quite a lot on stealth accounts.

But in Estonia there is no local VPN and I already have tried changed the IP with the router (reset the router), but it doesn't matter after some days or (1 week) I still get limited and they find my new paypal account! I don't want to buy the stealth guide because I think paypal will find again my account. I have tried everything - even in local libarary to make a paypal account, but that one also got limited in 1 month! So nothing seems to be working for me.

If you have not read through the stealth guide then chances are there are a few cricual steps you are missing.

Read the stealth guide 1 time, 2 times, 3 times, many times, and don't be hesitate to ask smart questions, after 1-2 weeks you will get there. That's how it works on me.
