Problem with limited Paypal account after 180 days
 

I just tested it - when adding a credit card to withdraw money doesn't work and gives a error, but when adding a bank account it works and no error.
So it is paypal security system that is blocking my credit card? I gave up and added a bank account instead. Oh and when I called paypal they asked for documents so I just hanged up and added a bank account. Why does it always have to be so hard with paypal when you want to withdraw money after 180 days?? :mad::mad:

Is this a USA account?
If it is then bank or check is the only way to withdraw the money.

If he had a USA account then he wouldn't even have been given the option to withdraw to card...

I already pointed this out to you in another post. So stop posting the same thing every time you come across a post where the poster states that they are experiencing a problem when attempting to withdraw to their card.

Be thankful youre able to get the funds at all.
In many cases if paypal have a reason to suspect anything they are well within their right to ask you to verify your identity by various means before they'll even allow you to get that money - even after 180 days have gone by. Ive seen it happen before plenty of times.
So - if a card doesnt work just add the bank account and move on to the next account.

Its fortunate youre even able to add a bank account I forgot all the accounts I had to walk away from not knowing I could add an account after 180 days. Wish I didnt throw away my lists. (

I now cannot withdraw money to my bank account, because there is error from paypal side. I called paypal Ireland, but they said they want valid photo ID! I already tried to provide some ID, but they didn't accept that. What is the solution to this?

They want the ID that matches with the infos stored in PayPal account.

If you open the account as John Smith, you have to provide John Smith ID.

No it's not about my limitation. I think this is a general error by paypal.

My issue now resolved after calling Paypal USA limitations phase 2 department!!
I managed to withdraw my money finally.
And no ID was needed!! :d:d
