I need help

I use the old ebay account with new paypal account .Then my paypal account limited. Paypal requires :explain the use of another person ebay ID via email.I should answer how???

Was the old Paypal account you had connected to the eBay account limited aswell? if so

then theres no hope getting back the new paypal which has been limited.

Better is that call the paypal and tell them that u are using ur friend paypal account untill you got the new one
