Confused

I logged into one of my stealth accounts today and it was asking for info. I never received an email saying they needed more info, but was unable to withdraw money out. Has this ever happened before? Usually there's an email from PayPal asking for more info

So basically you got limited by paypal but didn't get an email notification about it.
It happens - just a glitch that the email notification didn't go out.
