confirming address

hello, I just bought the stealth guide and starting to build my stealth account in my country.
I have one question. At some point,they will ask me to give proof of my home address,which is supposed to be similar to the new paypal and ebay account.
How to proof that the address is real and getting the possible limit removed?let me know if u have any solution for this. Thank you.

Easy to do it with a utility bill. Many companies (and Im sur ein Italy as well) send you the monthly bill online in PDF format. Quite easy to edit that PDF documents and then print it off and make it look like the real thing by taking a picture of it and uploading the picture.
