PayPal - Your access has been limited

Got another naffin' phishing email so I sent it off to the 'spoof' team. However for some reason ( user error), the only part that went thro' was my name and signature which is written in French.

Within the hour I got a delightful email from paypal.fr asking me if everything was OK and did I need help & to make sure that future emails were sent to paypal.fr . As if when it's a paypal uk account

It isnt random email accounts for me, only get these on paypal emails, who sells this stuff on, I wonder?

sure this is a spoof email,

i usually receive this email, 1 month 2 or 3 email same that but the domain of email address send to me is not same.
