4 accounts limited at a time

Got limited on 4 accounts in the same time.
All asks for ID, utility bill and credit card confirmation.
On 2 of the accounts i already have a confirmed card.
What do I do after i submit id and bill, since i already have a submitted card?
and submitting id and bill will unlock my account>?

were they all linked together?
do they all have the same info or different info?

Different, planning on unlocking just two accounts of them(card verified).
Not having business with ebay or amazon, just normal accounts. I've logged on them both from same PC and uploaded ID and bill to both of them. Will this unlock them? And do I have to call to say that I already have a confirmed CC or leave it as it is?
