Two Stealths limited.
 

Hello,

I've been lurking around here for a while without posting, so this is my first.

I'm a Digital Goods seller on ebay with multiple stealth accounts, usually I don't face many problems aside from ebay bans (not a biggie) But recently my paypals are being limited instead of my ebays being banned. Now getting ⊗⊗⊗⊗ documents is not a problem for me, but I have some other questions:

1. One account received a perma limit, so I'm gonna have to wait 180 days for the money to be available, as the paypal is UK and i'm NL myself, what would be my best option to get the money off it? I've read somewhere that you can link a US bank to an UK paypal, will this work if the account is limited? Are there easy ways to make a online bank account?

2. One account is asked for Credit card documents, shipping info, business info & invoice info. Now the credit card documents aren't the problem, but I can't provide the other three as I don't have documents of that, what should I tell paypal?

3. Are there virtual UK banks or US bank that would allow me to transfer the money there?

1 - You will need a UK or US bank account. UK is much easier, but a US can also work

2 - Did you not ship your items with tracking or get given and invoices when you bought your items?

3 - No that isn't possible

Welcome to the forums - all the best as you master stealth. Digital sales are tough, especially on new accounts - make sure don't go all-in right away with digital sales on your next accounts.

1. and 3. have been addressed but for 2....even if you supply all the list items PP is asking for, I don't feel that your chances for reinstatement are that great - PP has been known to deny reinstatement when there is a list like that to be fulfilled...

1. Any recommendations for sites I can open an online bank account while living in Netherlands?

2. Digital items as in account details, they don't require any invoice nor shipping details.

I don't know any US bank institutions that will legitly open accounts without ID. There are a few sites that offer accounts for $200 or such but they look really iffy
