Limited PayPal. A few buyers asked for a refund.... can't refund
Hi everyone. Last week a couple of my PayPal accounts for limited. It's now under review after I submitted docs.
But when I log into paypal it just goes to a generic page saying we are still verifying your information, we will contact you when we are finished. That's it. When I log into ebay, and issue refund via eBay, it's a technical error. It's not allowing me to refund either.
Of course these buyers are staring To be upset at me
Please what can I do to refund the buyers or any solution to this please ? |
