PayPal Limited and they want photo id
they want proof of ID. I can send that but my drivers license has an address on it that has been used on a limited PayPal from the past. Will they allow me to send a picture of my license just showing my picture and name?
They also want proof of address. I'm using my girlfriends address. So my license has the wrong address. Another option was a billing receipt I think? So the name and address won't add up. Can I send a picture of it just showing the address? |
