Paypal Limited - Can't upload documents
 

My paypal account is limited, and I have the documents to upload, but it continues to give me the same error: "We’re sorry, but we’re having trouble uploading your file. Please try again."

I've been trying to upload for 3 days. I do use a VPN through keepsolid... Has anyone had this issue? Does anyone know how to fix this?

I can't really call them, or it would have to be on a phone number that is not associated with the account...

Is there a number to fax? I looked online everywhere, and all I can find is there phone number contact.

Make sure that your documents are JPEG as ebay struggles with larger size files and spits out that message

I know this is the case for the PNG files in the UK the system cant handle them

It has to be a .jpg file and you can upload them also from there:
