Withdraw money from US Paypal without US Bank Acct

Guys, I have a small Problem, I got a stealth US Gaypal account and got money on it. Now I don't have a US Bank Account. Any ideas? Even if it'll cost me and you have a solution, please feel free to PM me.

Why do you call it "Gaypal" - it's Paypal.

Use the funds to make purchases or search threads for ideas.

firstly , you have to verify your paypal account, you can buy VCC and VBA to verify your Paypal account, then go to localbitcoins.com and/or virwox.com to buy bitcoins.
