Paypal wants CC statement...VCC woes

So i don't know how to proceed here, basically i had this account verified with a VCC from a friendly seller on these boards.

2 days ago they limited the account, asking for the usual docs, i provided.

Now i called them and they said they need a CC/Bank statement for the card linked.

From what ive searched the CC is from Sacombank in Vietnam. The seller doesn't seem to want to give me the docs to fix.

Am i screwed ?

You could be "screwed" in more than one way. Even if you get the cc statement....were you selling risky items? PP may still keep you limited if so - otherwise...did you offer the seller money for the docs?

I moved on, to risky. I don't really like playing with docs and stuff, i draw the line there.The account was fresh btw no sales or anything, wich i found weird.
