Paypal permanently limited
 

I have an account with one month or two, have sent from one of my accs $400. It got hit after 1 week with the money sitting with a limitation "we need more business information" So went and created a ID and a utility bill and called support telling them that they dont need to ask me for business information or tracking because i dont sell anything, I've just received money from my "half brother". they sent them to review, next day permanently limited. Have called and guess what. I've mistaken the DOB between ID card i created and paypal account, just cant belive how I've done this mistake. I tried explaining that i put by mistake the DOB on paypal but yeah no result.
So, do you know anything I can tell them on the phone to help me get unlimited?

Or should I just refund the money I sent from my account to that account?(the full account so there will be a null balance, not negative.)

Should I call from the second account telling them that I want to refund money to a customer but he sent as F&F?

you cant refund gift payments,

the account that RECEIVED the money will have to tell paypal to send it back.

So I have account 1. All good.
Account 2. Limited, received $400 from account one as F&F and permanently limited.
So I call paypal as account 2 and tell them that I wish to refund account 1 for the full amount but the single thing is that he sent as friends and family and they will eat that, no?
@bunneh i dont refund from paypal . com i call them. And of course I tell paypal to send the moeny back from account 2 lul

you will not be able to refund a gift payment even if you call them.

gift payment = NO REFUNDS.

Because it is a gift the person who RECEIVED the money can only call paypal to send it back to you.

Both accounts are mine, I call paypal from second account and send it back to me to account 1

You dont understand what i am telling you.

Paypal rules dont allow for a GIFT PAYMENT to be able to REFUND.
You can call them and they will tell you that you cannot refund a gift payment.
It does not matter who owns the account.

The account that RECEIVED the payment can only call paypal to tell them to send it back to the person.

yes and the account which received the payment is account 2 and I call paypal as account 2 and tell them to send the money back

Refunded the payment and got it on account 1
Got permanently limited havent received any email on the account1 or 2
